Changes, changes, changes. We make them all the time to improve our team's game. But this time it's different. We are sadly announcing a departue.Sadly, after almost year with
Frag eXecutors,

Michal Rynski aka
Cs3, decided to leave the team. It's a sad news for both FX and all Polish and European Quake 4 community. Michal was a long time dominator for European arenas. He achieved many successes and definetely was high more often than low. He represented Fx on LANs such as Heyah Logitech Cybersport, World Series of Video Games, Poznan Game Arena and finally Electronic Sports World Cup, on which he didn't make because of his accident. But he made it to the top in last Eurocup in great style. Is it the way he wants to end his gaming career? Let's ask this question to himself and the manager of Fx.Q4:
I've heard that You are leaving Frag eXecutors, is that true?Cs3: Yes, thats right.
Why did You make that decision? To be honest nothing bad affected my decisions. Basically there are no main reasons why I'm leaving, but I was thinking of departue for some time and I decided to do it now.
What are You planning about Your future? You're leaving the gaming or just want to go on vacation with an intention to return.. someday?I'm not quitting gaming, because I simply like to "click", I want to find a team who will adopt me :D lol. I will continue playing q4, and then q5.
Here is a statement from Adrian "Ziggy" Witkowski, Fx.Q4 Manager
At first I want to thank Michal for the time he spent in our team. After a year we can surely say, that Cs3 progressed much, which he proved on WSVG London and PGA. It's hard to explain his decision to departue. There were no argues between clan organisation and Michal. In my opinion Czesiek came to the moment he needed to change something, and he decided to switch teams. I hope that Cs3 will find good and rich new clan, which will provide him an opportunity to attend all Quake 4 LANs this year. Michal definetely proved that he's worth to go offensive at a LAN after dominating online. -
Adrian "Ziggy" Witkowski Good luck Michal!
