Yesterday the first elimination round for WCG Poland 2010 ended with Ogień w okopie being crowned the winner.

The former D-Link PGS team which not long ago left the organization of Tomasz "Ethan" Lukas will play in the WCG Poland finals in Warsaw. This is the team that currently houses Łukasz "LUq" Wnęk. The team is playing under a temporary name for now, however all is pointing to the fact that they will join Fear Factor X-Fi in the not too distant future. For now the team has had their first success by earning a spot in WCG Poland. The task was made harder because OWO had to come from the lower bracket and win two maps in the finals with Polish Game Control.





The match had a similar note to it on both maps. Ogień w okopie dominated skill-wise against their opponents not only thanks to Łukasz "LUq" Wnęk, but also thanks to drive and Damian "myth" Bukalski. This advantage was enough to surely defeat PGC on de_nuke and de_tuscan. PGC will have to try their luck in the second round which will feature Universal Soldiers amongst others.
